Dihn Is a God sent, The way he handled our case with patience & understanding was just unbelievably rare given our previous attorney that used scarcity tactics amongst other things while handling our case, which made us feel he was working against us and not with us, but not with this firm it was the complete opposite! Mr. Dinh Tran (from Queen City Immigration Law) has helped us a lot. After gathering the relevant info from us, his office filled out the forms (form to apply for a Green Card as well as other related forms, particularly one for the Work Permit). He also went with us to the interview, and was there to reply to my emails (and phone calls) asking for his advice when we were asked to submit additional documents. Mr. Dinh Tran is a very nice, humble and respectful man. His prices are more affordable too than some other law firms. I got a Work Permit some months ago and I recently obtained a Green Card. We are really grateful to Queen City Immigration Law and their great team!

Immigration cases are tough, and you really need a team that answers your questions and acts fast. Dinh and Aaliyah were always there whenever we needed them. They were also very mindful about keeping our legal costs down from day one. Aaliyah was incredibly helpful and quick with every step, which was huge for us because we were time constrained . Highly recommend this practice.
I had a consultation with Dinh Tran at Queen City Immigration Law in January to discuss next steps for my citizenship application. During that consultation, I was advised that I would be eligible to apply at the end of March and was instructed to reach back out at the beginning of March so a proposal could be prepared and work could begin promptly after acceptance. I followed those instructions and contacted the office during the first week of March. I was informed by a front office associate that Attorney Tran would be in touch and that a proposal would be sent within the following week. However, from early March through the end of the month, I made multiple follow-up attempts and was consistently given the same response without any actual follow-through. As of April 11th, I have still not received any communication, proposal, or update from Attorney Tran or his office. Due to the lack of responsiveness and follow-through, I ultimately chose to retain another attorney. The experience raised serious concerns regarding reliability and communication—both of which are critical when handling time-sensitive immigration matters. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this firm based on my experience.
