Mario made several errors on the marking and grading, and became very irate over the phone when I pointed them out. I came in person to show him, and once he realized he was wrong, he blamed it on staff. He called a young woman over and berated her in a very demeaning manner. Even then, he insisted on recharging me the entire fee in order to correct the mistakes. I wish I were making this up. I found a new grader, and he showed me a stack of manila pattern envelopes that all had Quality Pattern's form attached. They all belonged to customers who were getting their patterns re-marked and re-graded after a bad experience with Quality Patterns.
woule give 6 stars it i could!! as a small designer with little experience in the formalized realm of production, the team here went above and beyond to help me understand the digitization + grading processes AND the scope + cost of their services. the communication throughout the process was amazing, and to top this off, their turnaround time is impressive to say the least. and all without sacrificing quality! tldr: you're missing out if you're not working with them, and should give them a try ASAP! :)

Had a great experience working with quality. Some of the nicest people I’ve met. Shout out to Mike and Maria especially. Wouldn’t work with anyone else for grading and digitizing. They did a great job and communication is excellent.
As a new designer Im a little bit of a novice when it comes to the protocol of marking and grading, thank goodness for Maria and Mike D at Quality Patterns. Maria and Mike took more than 30 minutes going through the procedure of properly marking and grading my patterns, including best ways to save money and ship my goods out a lesser rate. I highly reccd their services, especially for newbies like me!

The best!!! I am new to the industry and felt very intimidated to call a company that has been in business for over 50 years in NYC's garment district. From the first phone call I knew these are people I wanted to business with. I am a very small company and am just learning the business. I have had so so many questions. They have been extremely kind and guided me through the process. Their work is impeccable!
