We hired Chris at Prospect 30 Eight to build an addition on our house for my aging mom. It was a scary commitment for us, and Chris made it manageable. He handled every step of the process, from design and permitting, to hiring and managing the flow of workers, and all the steps of the building process, right down to the small details. Chris is honest, trustworthy, and a hands-on guy -- he will drop everything and show up if something is wrong. He has a calm demeanor and will figure out a solution to any problems that come up. I am so grateful we found him for this project. The end result is exactly what we wanted and better than we could have imagined. It has been a pleasure spending time with Chris. Highest recommendations!

Chris is a knowledgable and friendly contractor and the final result of our ADU is impressive. He worked through challenges from the city, field decisions, changes in code, COVID staffing, and many other speedbumps to get the job done.
Chris did a great job on our home addition and two ADUs located in a historic district. He made suggestions to help maintain our budget and he walked plan changes through the city landmark department. Our plans contained errors that were discovered after approval by the city and Chris worked with the zoning department for a resolution. We are happy with his work and we are enjoying our new spaces.
Excellent overall product/quality of work. Chris has a great demeanor and is responsive to concerns/issues. Our project had several areas where we expected to make decisions "on the fly" and they all worked out very well. I appreciated Chris' flexibility in this area.
I'm writing this review as Chris Moore/Prospect 30 Eight is completing the last few details of a 930 sq.ft. addition to our daughter's house where my wife and I will live full time. The project is a soup-to-nuts ADU including a bedroom, full bathroom, living/dining area, full kitchen, laundry room, foyer, attic storage plus a large covered deck. We are now fully moved in and are extremely pleased with every aspect of our new home. The quality of material and workmanship is excellent and Chris has made every effort to ensure our complete satisfaction. It's been a pleasure working with him and I would strongly recommend him to anyone contemplating a similar project.
