Not only are they incredibly expensive, and when I say incredibly expensive, I mean it! Check it out for yourselves, get a quote and compare! If the service justified the price, there wouldn't be so much fuss, but it doesn't. I don't recommend them; at least in my case, they left my accounting unfinished for six months and didn't even notice. We had to do it for them (I have emails and proof of that). Just another complaint, a disaster! Anyway, save yourself the trouble.
Once again, Prodezk is letting me down. It's been almost six months and they still haven't finished my dissolution process, which I've already paid for. Now they're not even answering my emails. Their customer service is terrible—they take your money and then neglect you and don't follow up on the process. I thought they were a reputable company.
