Sloppy and dangerous. P.E. has been working on our street for what was scheduled to take a month and they are still working almost 2 months later. They have changed the parking restrictions multiple times, the last time they enacted a total parking ban with less than 24 hours of notice. The most egregious issue is their complete lack of attention to safety. While P.E. was working in the street and “directing” traffic, they failed to direct larger vehicles, resulting in a truck plowing into the street tree in front of our home. Now we have a completely torn up street that is behind schedule and our street tree is gone. Avoid at ALL costs. UPDATE: Less than one month later, their incompetency has resulted in the loss of our next door neighbor's tree due to the exact same poor planning.
Bad "neighbors" they block your entire driveway EVERY SINGLE DAY without even the courtesy of a note. I am calling the city to ticket you. You can thank me for NOT TOWING YOU. Btw there is parking elsewhere, you are incredibly rude. Following day: it got MUCH worse. No one left a courtesy ticket in mailbox. They pretend I don't exist but my driveway is convenient. I had a charity pick up appointment. Precision blocked my driveway every day all day long as usual, charity could not see giveaways with the ticket I attached for them. This morning all the charity bags were torn and my goods scattered all over the dirt of my garden, things trashed by bums. Thanks Precision for making a disabled elder incredibly miserable, for wasting my time, for not listening to ANY of my complaints, for treating a taxpaying resident and homeowner like an undesirable nuisance. Next time I promise to tow and file a formal complaint.
Not sure who lives in the east bay that drives your truck but I have dash cam footage of them driving dangerously close to my bumper and blinding me with their lights and then precedes to try and drive me off the rode, just wow. This was at 5am today coming down 680 merging onto the 24 towards Oakland…I had to exit in Lafayette they were so recklessly driving.
One of them most incompetent paving jobs, I have ever seen. Repaved an entire commercial area, with a barely explanatory note, that most merchants did NOT receive. Short on details and no info about the closure of the entire street to deliveries & pick ups. What exactly are the commercial businesses supposed to do, to stay in business. Called the number on the posted signs on the first day of construction and was answered by a surely voice, who refused to identify himself, told they would be there tomorrow and hung up on me! How, in all that is holy, did this contractor get this job? Follow the money I guess. Would like to give negative stars if it were possible. Do NOT call on these guys, if you want the job done with competence. Will contact the city of SF, to let them know too.
Employees are dangerous and inconsiderate on the road. License plate ending in 4X2 cut me off twice this morning and was driving a heavy duty work truck at that. Makes sense for the 2 star rating!!!
