I don't know what I'd have done if all of my records weren't captured in Picnic Health. It's helped tremendously with our son with Autism. They've been great about following up with health care providers and getting our records.

They gave me and 2 of my friend free account and access to picnichealth for participating in research stuff... after about a year the shut my off and kept my 2 friends accounts active and open. I'm very angry and disappointed in picnichealth, and now they are fighting me on giving me the records they collected and deleting my account. Stick with MyChart.

I had a great experience. I believe they are the only ones on the market. They cared only about helping me. So glad I tried and found them!

Super sketchy company. Received a call from a former clinic saying they had a request from this group. I had removed myself from their endless marketing and promotions. I approved it because I am not feeling well and thinking poorly. I ended up having to call, cancel, and tell these idiots that I didn't intended for my private healthcare information to be sent to them.

Horrible company that does not do what they promise. Does not actually collect the records and record requests are never sent. You are never able to contact anyone for help or to ask what is going on. You just get told we are "escalating" it over email for months. Do not bother trying to use this company.

They will not add my providers I have requested they add. It says “Pending” for my requests for the past 2 years! No help to me at all!!
