Alex recognized storm damage that others missed. New Roof managed everything from booking an inspection to contacting the insurance company. Never had to question what was going on. You wouldn't have known that this is a locally owned family business when it was time to replace the roof. In a 12 hour day, eight men stripped down my roof, replaced some of the plywood, laid all the material before shingles and then put on shingles. The men were very professional and told me that customer service is the priority. They have the right tools to do it in one day. Alex came back the next morning alone to do some final cleaning and fine work. All for the price of an insurance deductible. CALL THESE GIRLS!!! You won't regret it.
Francisco was very helpful with the insurance claims process. He was upfront about what needed to be fixed and what still looked good. The team was able to get everything done the same day. They also cleaned up nicely!
The team of roofers who worked on our house impressed me. They were very efficient and handled my large, steep roof in a professional manner. The rain started in the morning of the second day. But, because they had covered it the previous day, there was no way for water to get inside. You couldn't tell there had been any work done to my pool area after the job was finished. They cleared away all the debris that was there and even cleaned my gutters. They replaced some rotten fascia under the gutters neatly, without me asking. If you're unsure, it's best to ask. Although I was expecting to find nails everywhere on a roof this large, I only found ONE nail in the driveway. Wyatt Ashton and other guys ran blowers over the patio, driveway, roof, and yard. I have many plants and they took care to cover them so nothing would be damaged. All sprinkler heads had been checked before work started and none broke. Roof replacements cost a lot of money and nobody likes to spend it. I was able, however, to negotiate a great deal for my much needed new roof. It also helped me save on insurance and gave peace of mind before storm season. Negotiating is key. Also, choose your roof color very carefully. My old roof color was dark and ugly. But now, my neighbors as well as I love the new bright grey color. It made an enormous difference.
Hugo gave me an estimate that same day, before the rain started. He was very clear about the process and what would be done before he started. His helper and he were both very fast and completed the task without any issues. Highly recommended.
The guys did an amazing job! We needed to fix several leaks before the rainy period. They provided us with an estimate after we called them and they began working the next day. Impressive they completed the repair in two days. We will definitely be using their services in the near future. (Just not too quickly) !
