The terrible customer service I have never seen!

Rudest people on the phone, you call and wait for over an hour. Had the agent pretend to not hear me and hang up on me. I would like someone to follow up on that call since it is recorded.

800 customer service has nobody to answer. Worst company ever.
They are still calling me about a payment over a year ago. It was my final payment and I even faxed over my bank statement and they left me alone and now a year later i get another call... LEAVE ME ALONE
I'm baby sitting for a friend who's in the hospital. The power just went out on the block and I was unable to report the outage because I didn't have the account information. Waste of time and resources.
At 513AM I logged into my acct to report a total power outage in my home in Eagleville,PA. Today was the coldest day of the year, my thermostat reading 56 degrees! I stayed home cuz I couldn’t go to work knowing my 14 year old daughter and puppy would be freezing!!!! I am SO happy AND THANKFUL that by 11AM full power was restored! Thank You PECO 🙏🏻
This is a garbage monopolizing company that does not respect it's customers or agreements and fails at every turn to do even the simplest of repairs. My suggestion? Go solar and have them pay their precious money to you, or even better cut yourself off their grid completely. They don't even pick up the phones, I've delt with Bill collectors better than these scum buckets.
Looks like the road workers in West Conshy are through Peco. I tried so hard not to come up the closed right but I didn't know any other way to go and an African American man who works for yall was extremely rude to me. He should be fired. He obviously has no manners.
