Amazing place, clean and organize, huge space between corridor
The deli food was good. All the ingredients are posted. Good selection of quality products. Their website says they're closing at the end of January which is sad to hear. I wish I'd had a little better income to support them more.
Fantastic place - just found it walking around early am - Staff Natalie in deli a sunny start to am … and the healthy food selections amazing - If I lived in Seattle I’d sign up for membership in a heart ♥️ beat!! Cooking classes look amazing! Turkey Avocado sandwich & breakfast biscuits wonderful- & got great items to take on flight home 😎
I’m visiting Seattle and have popped into your store for hotel room staples. All my store experience’s have been friendly. Your store smells so good on arrival and has excellent quality products. This morning whilst calling for my coffee / cinnamon roll combo I had a lovely interaction with your cashier, while leaving the store I was called back, my $ notes had stuck together and I had over paid. Your friendly conscientious staff are an asset to you. Thanks!
A very cool store. Very clean and well organized. The location is good. The not so greats.... another fancy organic, expensive store. Downtown seriously needs a full size grocery store. One that carries things like everyday laundry soaps, hamburger helper, candy bars and coke, if you want one. And at reasonable prices.
All the delicious foods. I’m always able to find any ingredient I’ve needed in any new recipe I am trying out. There are organic options for everything and they carry a lot of the classic “health food store” products I grew up with in the 1970s and 80s. All your fellow customers are very friendly and so is the staff. And they don’t berate you if you’re not a member of the coop. They treat everyone well.
I'm so glad that despite the pandemic and the sketchiness of downtown now, PCC opened within 2 blocks of my office. It’s the best thing ever! Simply the freshest deli section, hot food section, and produce outside of Pike Place! Staff are helpful and friendly. Just a wonderful store.
Downtown is a bit of a food desert when it comes to groceries and so this is a welcome oasis. Upside here is all of the produce is amazing, great beverage selections as well as prepared foods. Basically the entire store is the best food you’ll ever see and the price tag reflects that. The thrifty shopper can find a few deals but overall be prepared to drop $20 for a couple (of the best) organic pears (you’ll ever taste).
This is the best place to grab a quick late lunch (or early dinner) because they are open until 9pm which is a blessing if you work late in downtown. They may not have everything late in the PM, but they'll have something. Pizzas are usually gone, hot bar is half empty, so I go for a soup. I tried their corn chowder; it tasted sweet and very spicy. The soup doesn't have sugar in it, I think the sweetness came from corn. Didn't expect it to be so spicy (should have read the ingredients) but loved it anyway.
The store is always clean, well stocked with friendly employees. Although that part of downtown Seattle can be dangerous after the sun goes down, PCC is located in a fairly safe area. They have alot security in the store. They have nice selection of fresh food. I love the deli and there selection of prepared foods.
