Paycom Columbus

Hi, me again. Because every Paycom issue we're experiencing remains unresolved, I thought it necessary to leave another review. I'd like to add, I've never left a review for any product or service before, and this is my second for Paycom. As it only gets worse, all I can do is use metaphorical yet accurate humor to cope with the misery Paycom causes. Being a customer of Paycom is like being on hold with the IRS and being in line at the BMV at the same time. Being a customer of Paycom is like volunteering for Tribute in the Hunger Games. Being a customer of Paycom is like being a passenger on the Titanic and Paycom is the iceberg. Being a customer of Paycom is like being a Taylor Swift fan during the Ticketmaster disaster. Being a customer of Paycom is like paying $12,000 for the VIP package to Fyre Festival. Merry Christmas!

I'm disappointed that zero stars isn't an option. Paycom is the absolute worst. Employees are paying taxes to cities they've never worked or resided. Employees' 401k are being withdrawn from pay but not deposited in their retirement account. Employees are not being credited appropriate PTO. My list of complaints is never-ending and every week I'm wondering what new Paycom problem is there going to be. They have horrible customer service and when asked to solve problems, they've literally responded with "We don't know how to fix that." I HIGHLY do not recommend!

I have been a client for two years. Paycom made mistakes at start and have still yet to correct anything. Joshua was my specialist and i have been ignored. I have kept all correspondence and even forwarded it to them. No response at all.

Worst software ever, does not allow for pay modeling and there are many flaws in the sample paycheck page, graphics are bad, phone application does not run properly. Do not let your company switch to this software.

I love the Paycom system. It has made HR and Administration operations at our nonprofit organization much more efficient! I would highly recommend using their products and services.
