This company hired our company to do work on all of their sliding doors in 1 property in Florida They ignoring our calls and they still need to pay us $2500
Horrible company. I called for months about getting my security deposit back and no one bothered to call me back. After repeatedly calling and being bounced around to several people, I spoke to someone who told me that I owe them $10 in addition to them keeping my $750 for leaving the apartment a mess. I have pictures of the unit before I vacated the unit. I will be suing them for my money back. Pacifica SD Management are lying thieves.

Love multiple different properties that Pacifica Host Owns!
The locations and service of these hotels are fantastic. I love being able to walk to the beach or the center of town. Each location is unique and special. Some of my favorites are El Calibri in Cambria, Surya Valle de Guadalupe, Triada in Palm Springs, Courtyard Century City, La Valencia in La Jolla, Residence Inn Ventura Beach, Starfish Manor on the Oregon coast. There are so many more too!!
I have stayed in a handful of Pacifica Host properties across California and Texas; there is clearly customer first culture with this company. When I travel in these areas I search for hotels in their portfolio first.
Great value and prime locations make this hotel company stand out. The staff are professional and attentive. I highly recommend this company for anyone seeking quality accommodations.
Hadier Morsy, operation manager behavior is very concerning. During my interaction with her, I observed her comments regarding different cultural and religious backgrounds appeared unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. This experience led me to question whether the hotel fosters an inclusive environment for both staff and customers. Based on my experience, I would consider exploring other options.
