I recently ordered a satin in lt. navy. Ron from Oriole called me to tell me that in reference to what I was lining that this color may not be the best choice from his experience because the light navy was purplish, not blue. He took the time to send me a larger swatch and he was right! Even if it meant losing a sale Ron was more interested in good customer service and satisfaction than making the sale. In this day and age that is rare. Thank you, Ron. Thank you Oriole Textiles! You have a loyal customer in me and you will get many more sales from us here at Suzanne's Sewing Service!
Oriole Textile is a great company! It is a true pleasure to do business with them. They are always on time with shipping their orders and greet you with a smile.
Called them to order some organza. They were very rude and disrespectful to me on the phone. These people do not know how to treat their customers. Disgusting company and owners. So many other better options steps away.

If I could give this company a zero I would. The representative who claims to be the owner needs to take a few lessons in customer service. I t was a very disappointing experience. i have been waiting almost 2 weeks for an order. He was disrespectful, demanding, and very dismissive. Based on this interaction I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone.
