I never write reviews, but feel inclined to do so. My insurance gave me 4 options to order a breast pump covered under insurance. OMG website made it sound SO easy to get one ordered. In fact the site says "3 EASY STEPS." What it fails to tell you is that you also have to have a consultation by an allied company - Help To Moms. This company reached out to me via TEXT - how unprofessional. Nevertheless, I answered their very personal and irrelevant questions. Since then, I have not heard from OMG or Help To Moms. I feel scammed. If you call OMG patient number, it goes straight to a voicemail. I also called Kelly - the Help To Moms rep, and left her a voicemail. I do not recommend anyone to work with them. This has been stressful and certainly not "EASY" as they claim.
Dont get involved. Complete shady company. They dont reply to emails or telephone calls. Did not even put a claim with my insurance company after providing them all the information.
SUPER shady "business". Hard to even call it that. They are definitely not a medical company in any way. Please, do not get involved with them in any form.
Worst customer service. Sent product to wrong address. They don’t answer the phone. Will be reporting them to my insurance company. Terrible experience!
