Great first experience with One Medical Atlanta Ponce City location. Office staff were great, easy check in process. Dr Fernando was excellent, very attentive and caring approach. Lab staff were great with easy and quick lab work.
Minimal wait time. The provider was personable and engaged. The onsite lab made it super convenient. Appt scheduling was easy as was refilling an Rx.
Always have a solid experience here. Granted I’m usually visiting for an annual physical and maybe 2 visits for other things. It’s certainly a more upscale experience. But they deliver as promised on the ease of getting an appointment and very short wait times. Very tech focused with a great app. The providers spend more time with me and communicate well and with their follow ups. My company pays for it, so I’m not sure if it’s worth it for everyone to pay extra on top of existing medical care costs.

I love One Medical. I almost always get same-day appointments, whether it's in-person or a video call. Everybody is very friendly, and the office is quiet, clean, and well designed. Primary care is broken, and I think One Medical is doing great things to improve the experience. I believe it in so much that I'm going to purchase their stock.
I've been with One Medical for over 8 years now, primarily in the DC area. It used to be an efficient and communicative organization with talented medical professionals and administrative personnel alike. That has all changed drastically in the last 2 years. In an effort to completely disconnect patients from their providers and save money, they have created a centralized information and admin office. Previously you could contact a specific office directly and ask them a question about that specific office (e.g., "Do you have any ___ vaccines in stock", "What time will your lab techs be on lunch break", "Do you offer __ services at this location"). That is no longer the case. Any correspondence is routed directly to this central office that has absolutely NO CLUE what any of the individual offices are doing. I have talked to them on five separate occasions to ask very specific questions about a specific office, and they got it absolutely DEAD WRONG in four of those five times. So I get in my car and travel all the way across town only to walk into the office and be told that they cannot do what the admin/info office promised me that they could. It used to be that One Medical was a great medical practice and a huge time saver. That is no longer the case, and I will be cancelling my membership after my annual physical next month. Which is a shame because even though the business/admin side of the organization is pathetic and unacceptable, the medical professionals themselves are pretty darn good.
