OFF-GRID RIDE

I wouldn’t even rent a car from Off-Grid Ride if it was free!! We landed at the airport and our driver, Artco, was supposed to meet us there. Instead, we waited almost 2 HOURS. What made it worse was the constant “I’ll be there in 10 minutes” over and over again instead of just being honest from the beginning and saying he was running 2 hours late so we could go back inside and wait comfortably. When he finally arrived, there was zero accountability. His only excuse was “Miami traffic.” Traffic happens, but communication and honesty matter. Completely unprofessional experience and a terrible first impression. I would never use this company again. Picture reflects my personal experience for reference.

I would never recommend this company to anyone. I rented a vehicle from them for my preschool’s parade for children and returned the car on February 28, 2026. They took an $850 deposit, and today is May 13, 2026 — I still have not received my money back. Every time I contact them, I get the runaround. One person gives me an email address to send my request to, then that email sends me somewhere else. No accountability, no communication, and no resolution. The craziest part is that I originally booked through Turo, but a representative from this company contacted me directly and offered me a “lower rate” if I canceled my protected booking and rented through them instead. Biggest mistake of my life. I canceled my secure Turo reservation and went directly through this company, and ever since then it has been issue after issue. Please learn from my experience! DO NOT do it. I will never make that mistake again.

I can confidently say this is the worst experience I had with a car rental place. First off I was communicating with a representative and was keeping them up to date of when my flight was landing in Miami. We were doing that so the so called “driver” can meet us with the car. Flight landed at 4:45pm and they had me and my friend waiting at the airport like idiots for about almost 2hours!!!! Then when we finally do get the car they end up disabling the car while we was eating because they never received a security deposit. Mind you, they had a glitch in the system so I was never informed about the deposit and couldn’t view it when I went to the online website account which I had informed them about weeks leading up to the trip. They were constantly assuring me that there was nothing else I needed to do on my end and everything was set and ready to go. I’ve called so many times to confirm that and I kept getting the same answers telling me I’m good. So basically the first day went to shit because I was dealing with that for most of that night. Fast forward I have been back in Jersey for almost 1 whole month and still have not got the security deposit back yet. They love to keep telling you that it takes 7-10 days because of the tolls needing time to be registered. They give you the whole run around and lie a lot. Very unprofessional from beginning to end and still on going. This doesn’t even deserve a star for all the lying and lack of being compassionate of there customers time but I had to give it a rating in order to write this to inform you all. We were visiting so every min was valuable to us that we lost that whole first night. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION AND DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

The best in Florida. I rented the Cybertruck to go to Orlando with my family and the process was super quick, they have everything set on automatic and handoff at the airport was a breeze. You don’t even have to meet anybody for the drop off!! The car looks like a spaceship out of this world and also drove itself the whole time, We’ll definitely be back soon.

Love the system they have in place, made it super easy to book and they have the most pristine brand new cars ever. I rented the Cybertruck and I loved it!! Will be renting again soon!

There’s a man that helps you learn about the city when you pick up the car. Amazing experience, and would definitely recommend them to my friends!

OFF GRID Ride exceeded my expectations. You can tell they’re a modern company that actually cares about sustainability and customer experience. The car was spotless, the service was fast and professional and best of allthere were no surprise fees or pointless addons. Everything was transparent from start to finish. Finally, a rental that respects you. Highly recommend!!

I had the chance to drive the Cybertruck and try Full Self-Driving, and it was an impressive experience overall. The vehicle felt powerful and well-designed, and the FSD system handled real-world driving scenarios smoothly and confidently. The platform was smooth and easy to navigate with no hidden fees. Excellent service!!!!

Super clean ride, very easy pick up and drop off. Car is in perfect condition! Will be renting again!
