We purchased our home 5 years ago and the first thing I decided was that the bathroom needed professional help. We did some looking around and found Oakwood Falls. They came out and gave a prelim estimate and then let me go wild and find exactly what I wanted and tweak things until I was happy. They were open and honest going through the process and communicated every issue they encountered…. There were several, hence the missing floor in one picture. I knew the bathroom hadn’t been fully upgraded since the house was built so no huge surprises. Everyone was professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a local company that can provide full service and allow flexibility and creativity in design.

I've worked with a lot of contractors over the last several years as we've gone about remodeling our 100+ year old home. Some have been very good, some okay, and some downright sloppy. Carlos was far and away the best of anyone we've worked with, like, not even close. He helped us take this small and boring spare room/office that lacked functionality and transform it into a truly beautiful space that leveraged the vertical space in a room that was lacking floorspace. The lofted bed was custom made as was the ladder that latches to it. The cabinets and bench were also custom and aside from being beautiful, have given us so much more storage that we were desperately lacking. All of the work was of incredibly high quality and not a single corner was ever cut. Along with the work itself being excellent, Carlos was incredibly communicative throughout the entire process. Whenever we had a question, he would often get back to us within minutes and he even drove all the way over to our home at 7pm so we could look at wood stains in person rather than just through pictures. Moreover, whenever we ran into the type of issue your bound to with a house this age, he always saw those challenges as opportunities to creatively plan around. Finally, Carlos and his team were also incredibly timely with their work. I've literally never had a contractor a)actually get a project started on time and b)actually finish it within the time they estimated. However, Carlos and his team started promptly, were flexible with dates that worked for us, and got everything installed within one day. I am certainly not one to typically be overly effusive with my praise, but I cannot recommend Oakwood enough. They've been absolutely fantastic.

Oakwood Falls Contracting just finished furnishing my completely unfinished basement and I could not be happier with how it turned out. They were incredibly efficient and a pleasure to work with. They were able to get plumbing, electrical, egress window, dry wall and everything else set up in order to pass the city of Westminster’s inspector qualifications for the new bathroom and bedroom addition to my house. Carlos and his team were great to work with and incredibly helpful, they even picked up materials needed for the project which made the entire process very seamless.
