I never feel compelled to leave a negative review on any business but this company has done so. Placed an order July and it is now November with no confirmation. Miscommunication through the roof and rather than explaining it, I attached screenshots of our dms. Fortunately i’ve placed the order on my credit card so I can dispute the charge. If anyone is contemplating doing business with them - go overseas or literally anywhere else.
We engaged NYC Factory for an apparel production project and, while the early development process went smoothly, the actual production phase was extremely disappointing. There were severe delays, repeated errors, and quality issues that left a significant portion of our order unusable. Although the team initially acknowledged these problems and expressed a willingness to work toward a resolution, communication has since stopped and no concrete solution has been offered. This has caused us substantial financial loss during a critical period for our business. Note that a substantial portion of these losses were comprised of production fees paid upfront for units that were never delivered. It also appeared that some of the sizing grading work (and possibly other production work) was being handled offsite, and not at the factory itself, which was concerning if there is an overall lack of oversight of the various constituents across the production cycle. We are sharing this review to hold NYC Factory accountable and to help other young designers make informed decisions when choosing a production partner. We had hoped to resolve this matter directly and without escalation, but after months of silence we feel we have no choice but to share our experience publicly. We still hope NYC Factory will re-engage constructively to resolve this matter fairly and avoid the need for further action.

Be very cautious when using this company. I received a quote for a run of 55 DTG shirts and after accepting and shipping my blanks to them, I was then ghosted for 2 months. I tried countless times to reach out to them through email and IG and they continued to ignore me. After leaving several comments on their IG they finally reached out to me saying they never received the shirts and that the gentleman that signed for them didn't work there. I understand if my package of shirts were stolen or sent to the wrong address, but their lack of communication said otherwise. I was scammed out of blank shirts and never compensated or received an apology. I’ve dealt with several other companies and never came across this situation before. I would recommend reaching out to other companies and avoid using this company at all costs. Sky sports wear from LA does an amazing job and will ship to wherever you are
