Mike and his team were great throughout the entire process! We needed plumbing and electrical work done quickly, and they exceeded expectations. We highly recommend calling!
I recently had a new kitchen countertop installed, and the entire experience was excellent. The team was professional, friendly, and paid close attention to every detail. The countertop fits perfectly, looks beautiful, and has completely upgraded the look of my kitchen. They finished the installation on time, kept everything clean, and the price was fair. I highly recommend their kitchen countertop installation service.
Great company!
Excellent service from NY Builts! They renovated my bathroom and exceeded my expectations. The team was professional, efficient, and skilled.
NY Built Construction delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. We hired them for a commercial renovation, and their team was punctual, professional, and incredibly detail-oriented. They completed the project on time and within budget, with zero disruptions to our business operations. The quality of their work is top-tier—modern, durable, and built to last. If you need a trustworthy contractor for your commercial space, NY Built is the gold standard.
Ignored for 9 Months, Then Blamed. Not a Professional Experience I initially contacted NY Built in October 2024 based on their strong reviews, hoping to work with them on a small bar project. Despite providing every detail they requested and following up consistently, we never received a quote or clear direction, just months of silence, vague responses, and missed follow-ups from multiple team members, including Jonathan and Ashley. After we expressed frustration, the owner finally responded, not to apologize or offer accountability, but to blame us for not being “forthcoming” and for following up on a Saturday. In truth, we spent 9 months trying to move this forward with professionalism and patience. What NY Built failed to realize is that this “small” project was a test of communication and service for a larger renovation we were planning. That opportunity has now gone elsewhere. Future clients should know: NY Built will not be upfront about what projects they’ll take seriously, and if you push for answers, they may try to shift the blame to you.
Mike is exceptional sales very constables and reliability sale knowledgeable
We accepted several bids for the complete renovation of our brownstone. Jonathan really stood out from the competitors with his attention to details, experience, and suggestions, making us confident in him and his team. The cherry on top was the price! We were very happy with the way the job came out, with no surprises(!) along the way, and were really impressed with how the team stayed on schedule.
It was great working with this company. They were friendly, supportive, and made sure all the work needed for my space was done perfectly.
NY BUILT did a great job renovating my kitchen. I am very pleased with their work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a qualified general contractor. Their attention to detail is a huge plus.
