I really love this pharmacy, the are so sweet, professional,patience. They always make sure I get my medicine on time. Keep up the good work as a team.
I normally have had a great experience with this Pharmacy but not today I called. To have a prescription transferred. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and had an attitude asked for the name of prescription and I gave of course I don’t know the “actual name” I’m not a pharmacy tech she asked for the number which I googled then she said she didn’t need it she had an attitude the whole phone call to the point where I had to ask her was she OK? It didn’t sit right with me so I called back I got sent to voicemail And when she finally picked up again, I told her I just wanted to cancel the transfer. There wasn’t any accountability as to why I don’t even think she cared she said OK. I am in shock the amount of disrespect I felt because it’s not normally like this I get it people have bad days, but if you’re dealing with the public, it shouldn’t be like that I shouldn’t feel like me calling to ask to have my prescription transferred is a burden I will never return to this Pharmacy again!!!!
