I recently completed the 40‑hour mediation training with MWI, and it was an outstanding experience that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a process‑based and truly professional approach to mediation (thank you Clarice!). MWI has strongly shaped my path toward Ombuds practice and mediation. It’s a fantastic group of people — thank you to all of them.

Josh recently assisted us to obtain a divorce through mediation. He was a pleasure to work with, and addressed our issues and concerns tactfully and skillfully. He gently coached us when needed, and he recognized when we needed a bit more assistance, and then provided it. I would highly recommend Josh as a mediator and would absolutely use his services again (although hoping not to have to!)
Josh has helped both my ex-wife and I move through a stressful time in our lives. Neither of us anticipated getting a divorce, however I am glad that we were amicable enough to choose to hire Josh as our mediator. With his skillset and knowledge, I felt at ease with his level of expertise in guiding us through the divorce process, especially what courts/judges expect from these divorce proceedings. Josh was a Godsend, guiding us with great skill and compassion through the divorce process. The office was beautiful and peaceful, steps form the State Street T stop, and Josh did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and at ease. We also took the court mandated parenting class offered at MWI, which was surprisingly helpful. After a few months of mediations, my ex and I were ready to go to court with our Separation Agreement. I was happy that it was over in a relatively short amount of time and the whole thing cost less than $4,000.
Josh Hoch handled a mediation for me and I was completely satisfied. He was professional, patient, thorough and worked with a calm, competent demeanor. Josh was excellent in explaining things clearly and answering any questions that I had. In a situation that had the potential to be stressful Josh was definitely a great asset to have available. I highly recommend him.
