Murray Services installed a new furnace at my mother's home last year. In addition to finding an appropriate furnace for the space, they also opted to replaced some of the duct work when they installed the new unit. My mother has more energy efficient installation than she previously had and the work was done at a fair price. They were professional and friendly throughout. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them.
Thank you Keith as well as Daniel and Kenny for the wonderful job you did replacing my AC unit and finding the Freon Leak, repairing it and being reasonable as well as extremely professional in our dealings. As you know we are retired and had an extremely high estimate from our former AC company. You and your team explained everything in detail, you did a speedy installation (6 hours), and your explanations in dealing with my downstair condo neighbors and with the HOA here in Sweetwater was invaluable. I will recommend you to any neighbor or friend that has an issue with their AC. A good experience at an extremely Hot time in Jacksonville.
I had Murray Services move my condenser on 10/5 as we are having a concrete slab poured for a back porch. The work was done, however, when I got home, the a/c wasn't working properly and the house was hot. I called Keith, the owner and left a voicemail around 7pm. Within 30 minutes, I got a call from Kenny, the service tech. Kenny and I spent 20 minutes or so on the phone trying to troubleshoot the issue as there was some challenges with the drain system that someone had installed before him. He told me he would come first thing in the morning on 10/6. He arrived early and re-engineered the drain system to make it work. I appreciate Kenny's and Keith's efforts, now the house is cool. Top notch customer service as well as followup/service after the sale. Highly recommend
This company installed a new A/C unit and air handler for me in June 2017. Since that time, I have experienced multiple problems and issues. Despite that fact, I have been treated rudely, unprofessionally and indignantly. I STRONGLY recommend that you find another company for your HVAC needs.
Didn't come the day they said, came late the next day, lost my only key, had to replace my front door knob, went to Lowe's got the wrong door knob, threw out trash into a clearly labelled "yard waste" bin. They just didn't seem with it. Have had other experiences with this same company and the person that came was great. Not sure what happened.
David came out to our unit twice now to help fix our issues & he’s been wonderful! Very respectful, treated my home as it were his, cleaned up after himself and kept lots of communication with me through the process. Explained everything to me so that I understood. Very happy with the experience!
Murray Services has been servicing my mom’s HVAC for years. They are honest, trustworthy and very responsive. I highly recommend if you need this service!
Murray Services installed a new fan motor in our A/C unit in July 2010. By 2012 the motor was burned out because they installed the incorrect size. Whether this was dishonesty (b/c that's all they had in the truck) or ignorance, it was wrong nonetheless. I have made multiple attempts to contact Keith to resolve the situation, however, he has neglected to respond.
Very unhappy with what I got from Murray Services. They are nice enough but gave me bad advice on a a/c replacement on an older house and actually made things much worse due to poor workmanship.
I would highly recommend their service. Great customer service came out on time. Fixed the problem by fixing the leak and giving me a whole new cooper line at a very responsible price. I would diffently recommend to friends.
