The second star is for the beautiful and one-of-a-kind merchandise. Unfortunately, even though the employee assisting us yesterday was friendly, she failed to mention that the store was unable to accept credit cards at the time, so we spent quite a bit of time shopping and trying on items, only to find out at the checkout that they would only accept cash. For a store with a great deal of merchandise over $50, I don't think it's fair to assume that most customers carry around that much cash, and a warning up front would have been much appreciated. At the very least, once we had spent so much time shopping and were ready to buy, you would think they would make more of an effort to complete the sale. It felt like we were the ones making the effort, as we offered to pay Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, Google Pay, or pretty much any other form of payment, and the employee declined all of our offers and let us just walk out without buying anything. I'm not sure how this store plans to stay in business if they are willing to turn down such enthusiastic customers.
Came into this branch to purchase a specific bracelet they sold. Two young staff were having a conversation. I was the only person in store. Walked around 5 min. At no time did they stop speaking,look up at me,ask if I needed any assistance. Needless to say I left without any purchase.

I had the experience of visiting this boutique and needless to say my visit was subpar at best. The cashier (African-American that was on duty 9/3/23 @ 8pm) attitude was horrible, she was short on patience and rather rude when completing the purchase I made. I reluctantly proceeded with the purchase after witnessing her behavior towards my husband after he completed his purchase. I appreciate the purchases I made and on the way out I was greeted by the Caucasian female employee with a smile and happy demeanor thanking us for our visit and encouraging us to come again but unfortunately I will decline that invite. I am an African American female and in no way should this review read as racist.
