MS2R Engineering

Engineer Shiran of MS2R Engineering was a pleasure to work with for my Cival Engineering needs on my coastal home that was not certified from time of orginal build. My wife and I purchased our home in September of 2025 and found out from TDI that the structure was not certified. From my first contact with Shiran and throughout the whole process, Shiran was very professional, knowledgeable, informative and provided continous communication with me, via phone calls and or emails to keep me informed of the certification process. Because I had the original build plans from the previous owner, Shiran's expertise in inspecting my home and plans; correcting discrepancys found during inspection, my contractor was able to correct. Going through the process with TDI / MS2R Engineering my home is finally certified! This would not have been possible without Shiran's due dilligence of MS2R Engineering! Drafting inspection reports for my structure as well as my new roof replacement as well as speaking with TDI Engineers to ensure compliance. Highly recommend MS2R Engineering! Will utilize again for my next addition to my coastal home! Thank you, Shiran!
