As an independent trucker, this company is great to work with. This year, I began working with MPCO Carriers, and their service has been absolutely FANTASTIC! They are incredibly customer service oriented, meticulous in their attention to detail, and always responds to my calls and emails.
They lack any sense of customer service, are careless with details, and rarely respond to our calls or emails.
For my refrigerated trucking needs, MPCO Carriers delivered excellent service. My shipment had been delayed by another carrier, but these guys stepped in and saved the day, even delivering it a day early! I'm relieved to learn that there are trustworthy freight firms out there, and I'll continue to put my faith in this company.
