The 4 man crew arrived on time, in uniforms, briefed us as to who was in command, conducted expectation management, and got to work! Concurrently, a semi delivered 3 pieces of equipment and retrieved them the day after project completion. The crew was respectful, clean, and highly efficient. Halfway through the first day, it was very apparent these young men were experienced with our particular brand of building. Their progress was phenomenal! A couple of field modifications needed to be made and they executed flawlessly to keep the project on track. Communication is another strong point. Not only among the crew, but also with Zac back at the headquarters. There were periods of time when we physically could not be at the project site, and we completely trusted the team to execute. Our building looks great, and we have received numerous inquiries from neighbors and construction vendors in the area. We received several days of rain shortly after project completion, and there were no leaks. Finally, we wish we would have known that Mountain State Construction sells steel buildings and can get them to you in two months. We waited 17 months for Great Western Buildings to deliver our building. The cost of doing business with this company is well worth the cost.

If google would let me give Mountain Sate 10 stars I would give them 20! We can’t thank Seth and Kendra and their incredible crew enough. There was nothing easy about this project, except for the part where we were fortunate enough to work with them. We had problems from day one with excavators, sales people, building manufactures, concrete contractors, the permitting office, everything was standing in our way. Throughout all this Kendra guided us along and was always quick to respond to us whenever we reached out. After waiting a year and a half, with delay, after delay, supply chain issues, trucker shortages, when the day came that the building was finally going to arrive, we had no way to take possession of it. Kendra and Seth stepped in and coordinated the entire process, delivery through to finished building. I have to also note what an incredible, friendly and efficient construction team they have assembled. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a crew come together and finish a job so quickly and with such precision and attention to detail. They knew we were up against a round of bad weather and they worked through completing a day earlier then scheduled. If I had to do it all over again and could just work directly with Mountain State from planning to production to finishing, I would do so without hesitation.

Mountain State Construction did an amazing job on my steel building. Jeremy and the whole team were super responsive and helpful. They squeezed me into the schedule right away and finished the whole job in 1 week. They were also very fair with their pricing. I would definitely use them again on future projects.

Mountain State’s crew was a great choice to have our building erected by. Zach and Jeremy worked with me on my time frame and their crew did a great job helping us fulfill our retirement dreams. I will hire them to erect our next building. I highly recommend Mountain State Construction.

I had started the process of procuring a PEMB building, and needed to find an erection company that would put it up. I contacted Mountain States and it was probably the best decision I made. I had contracted them for both the unloading of the building and the erection. They were incredible to work with, after several delays from the building supplier they were still able to get me unloaded. They also helped with finding a concrete company to pour the foundation. That company was great and understood the need to get the anchor bolts set correctly, which is why Mountain States promoted them as they had worked with them on prior builds. Once the foundation was poured and cured they quickly went to work getting the garage built. There again was a hiccup with the building supplier but Mountain States understood and hung by me as the issue was worked out. They could have charged me for the delay as it was not there fault nor mine. Instead they also went to bat for me ensuring that I was being taken care of. I have enclosed a few pictures of the build as well as the final product. I would have my family or anyone else I know use them to erect their building. I know that the only feed back I would get was like the one I experienced full of gratitude and trust in knowing that they care as much as you do in getting it done and with great pride in the workmanship and it showed. The team at Mountain State Construction did an excellent job erecting our barndominium. Seth, Kendra and Leo all worked together to help answer all my questions and make our experience memorable. I had multiple issues with my foundation and had some material damaged on delivery. Seth handled these issues for me right away and helped me figure out how to correct the problems with my foundation. I also changed multiple RO’s on my building and the team at Mountain State Construction worked with me to adjust these openings at a fair price. Overall, the entire Mountain State Construction team did a fantastic job with our building from start to finish. I would recommend them to anyone erecting a metal building and hope to use them again on future projects!

Zack and Jeremy were in constant contact throughout the process of building my shop. From pre-planning to execution the entire team was professional and kept the build on schedule. There were some challenges in the terrain, but Zack was flexible in creating a workaround. The on-site team lead (Gilbert) kept in contact with me and the other trades, and this meant no issues with inspections. Thanks to the Mountain State Construction team.

Mountain State made the design and construction of my steel building a good, smooth experience. Jeremy was available to advise and ask questions throughout the process which made it easy to coordinate with other resources. They provided the necessary engineering diagrams and requirements for the foundation and permit filings. I would highly recommend Mountain State Construction.

Zach and Jeremy were great to work with. Fernando and his crew did a great job, and he was always in contact with us throughout the build. When a piece was missing, Zach helped expedite a piece through the manufacturer.
