If I could give 0 stars, I would. Very bad service. In the call center and for in-person appointments, it seems like the staff are tired and don't want to work.
Excellent staff, very friendly
Terrible service. I spent all morning calling to make an appointment and no one answered. It's unbelievable that they work this way in this country. I hope one day they read the comments and try to do something about it.
They never attend to you; the wait in pediatrics is very long.
Very poor customer service when calling the facilities; the staff seem bitter. You should give the job to people who actually want to work.
They don't answer when you call, they just put you on hold and never answer.

Most of the doctors I've worked with here are great. However, one doctor cost me my driver's license and job by reporting one of my medical conditions to the DMV when it wasn't necessary to report it.
I was try to call my child pediatrician clinic, and they have a system that they transfer you first to a operator only to ask you where do you want to call and later they transfer your call. Doing all this, it take you about 40 minutes just for making an appointment. This is so frustrating because this time they told me that pediatric is already close, and I need to call again later.
Tried to make an appointment for both my sons for about two months and was hung up or put on hold for an hour and then up on. We moved to another clinic and mnhc called asking why I hadn't booked an appointment for my kids? Do not recommend pediatric care at this clinic
