Our driver, Tone, is always on time, knows all the kids, and always waits if a kiddo is running to the bus. We feel lucky to have Tone to keep our kiddo safe and comfortable on the way to school.
When the bus is late can't even get a phone call to let you know that they're going to be over 30 to 40 minutes late also trying to call and say my child will not be going to school if someone's just picking up the phone just saying hello and just holding it
You’ll be on the phone for one hour And a half Just to talk to somebody To check on the school bus And those drivers They be lying That they show up when they don’t show up i’m glad This is the last year as a parent to be with public school
I wish I could rate negative stars. My sons bus stop has changed for the second time this year, to a stop 8 blocks away. We didn't move, just because you have to pick up another kid how can they change it somewhere so far away?
They really need to get it together,My Grand Daughter bus stop is at an unsafe corner and is technically not walking distance considering there’s a building full of sex offenders right by it, I personally spoke to the Transportation supervisor two weeks ago and was told it would be changed and hasn’t .Not to mention my Grandson experienced constant bullying and suffered a concussion on the bus while the driver pulled over and watch him be beat up..Just received A letter from the department of education, finding the driver guilty of child neglect and maltreatment . I could go on, but I won’t!!shame on Minneapolis public school transportation the system is broken.
Big bus 700 parks along cedar Ave in front of holiday everyday creating blind spots. It’s a busy area. Doesn’t make any sense. Park along the residential streets. You’re in a big vehicle. You guys need to train your drivers.
On hold forever. Skipped my childrens bus stop one day for no reason at all. No solution, no replacement ride. No apology. There is a language barrier for the drivers. They are 20-40 min late every day.
My child be at her bus stop everyday and always get missed. This is a special needs child remind u. I get the bus to pick up and drop off for a reason and this is not the reason for my child to get missed. I message them and no response and I call and I sit on hold for ever. Poor transportation system they have here
Been trying to reach someone at the bus company for two days. Was on hold for 20 minutes before asking for a call back and never got one. On September 11th at about 3:45pm at the intersection of broadway and university BUS 514 came screeching up to the intersection and almost hit me and my kid in our car waiting in the left turn lane. The brakes were screaming and I don’t know if the brakes are bad on that bus or if the driver is just irresponsible but there is no reason for a bus to be coming up to a red light at an intersection that fast to where they have to almost swerve into the turn lane because they can’t stop. Completely irresponsible and dangerous and I can’t reach anyone to speak about this incident. Ridiculous
They have the longest hold times and drivers who have GPS that still can’t understand where they are going . They provide parents with bus apps where you can see that driver has missed your stop . My daughters will sometimes get her stop missed. It might be little more convenient at times to take your child to school and pick them up from it there always issues with school bus drivers .
