I wasn’t going to leave a review but I felt others should be warned, spoke with Matt Smith about an estimate 2 weeks ago. He called back today to check in with me, unfortunately for him I received several quotes and went with another company who is not only doing tile work but cabinet and counter tops for a great deal. He thanked me for “wasting his time” and tried to get me to pay for an estimate. I’m not sure if he’s new, maybe he doesn’t know how this stuff works or he’s having a bad Monday but he was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely won’t be using his services again.

Don’t trust this company. The workers, Tyler will say anything and then go back on his word. It’s all about the money with this big company.
