Course was really simple they make it as easy as possible!!! Took course passed both exams next morning didn't study the course was more than enough to pass the exams!!
They claim to do all of their own proctor tests. Yet I have never been given a test with anyone whose first language is english. It is very difficult to understand and communicate via. Webcam. I have taken eighteen exams via proctor with not one seeming to be stateside. If it is stateside then its family ran and that family is not primarily English speaking. When I complain to customer service, they dance around the questions, pertaining to where the proctors are located. And the proctor themselves refused to answer questions about how's the weather?Where are they are. Both ends deliberately dodge questions on locations. Meanwhile, I'm supposed to sit back and be comfortable giving someone access to my computer in a country that can't be held accountable for hacking. I understand trying to save money. But it needs to be upfront to the consumer who is being allowed to access to their computer.
Class is informative but there is no teacher present, only videos of someone speaking. which leads to redundant information and notes. If im paying for the class i think there should be a teacher present and active with the current class. Edit: completed the test today and the process was very smooth, the proctor was very polite and helpful. i passed because the study guide they provided was almost identical to the test. i still would have preferred a present teacher, however their current methods are more than enough to be successful on the test.

The National Exam for Industrial Pest Control class at Metro Institute was super helpful! The instructors really know their stuff and made a tough subject with lots of information easy to understand. I feel way more confident about passing the exam now. Definitely recommend it to anyone in the field!
