Another service professionally handled. Patrick helped me out selecting the best snow tires available. They have already been tested by today’s snow in northern areas, and they are great. Thank you. From the guys that meet you when you arrive, to your service professional, everyone is working towards your complete satisfaction. I am very satisfied.
I had work done here twice on my van. There are not any other knowledgeable sprinter repair options in Boston. The prices are a bit high, but reasonable given the work they do. I had a poor experience with their customer service. I needed my van to be inspected, and a few things had to be fixed to pass the inspection. They added several unnecessary things to the list and said they would not inspect unless these things were fixed. This included $90 for a small turn signal light on the side of my van that was functioning but a bit loose in the fitting. They also said they wouldn’t pass the inspection unless I paid them to fix the windshield wiper fluid hose claiming this was a safety issue. I was already having them do thousands of dollars of works on the brakes. When I dropped the van off they said there would be a fee associated with the time it took to look at the van over and if I didn’t have work done I would have to pay this fee. This seems reasonable to me because they would have to spend a few hours looking over the van because there were many things I wanted them to check out. Even after agreeing to over $2000 worth of work, they insisted I pay around $75 for the hour of labor associated with an electrical investigation that I asked them not to fix. After pushing back against this and telling them it seemed very unfair, they pressured me to do it, reassuring me that it was necessary. I understand that fixing cars is expensive, but this was clearly a bad customer service practice considering I was spending thousands of dollars with them and had spent $5000 on repairs the year prior. They do a solid job of fixing things, I just don’t trust that they will be honest in fair in their assessment of what needs to be fixed. I will not be going back and would rather drive to Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, or Connecticut to get work done on my sprinter in the future.
I had a great experiance working with Todd and Richie. We were looking to purchase two Sprinters. Todd got us what we needed. They ran into a slight issue but kept us aprised ahead of time and assisted with getting a partition installed while waiting for the issue to get addressed. They were both very proffesional. I would recommend them again.
Stay away, if I could give a -5 I would. Worst place to service your truck. Absolutely discussed with their service. Try any shop before you go to these guys and trust me they will do a better job.
