Store wasn’t open on time very unprofessional
This good review is for the two ladies I used to see on Friday's when I take my grandma there. One lady hasn't been there on Fridays anymore my grandma keeps asking about. We love the good conversation and wonderful greeting when they are there.
I spoke to Lily Hernandez that works at the 2149 E Houston St, San Antonio, TX 78202. She went above and beyond to answer all of my friend's questions. Also she called other locations to check stock. She is an exceptional worker and very nice.
I called and asked if they could find a size for me and the girl was super nice and went to check. Though they didn't have it, the fact that she agreed to look was appreciated.
Great customer service, Store was clean
Employers there are snobby and judgemental. All of them there. I cant even walk in there without being followed around like im a thief or something when im trying to buy some stuff for my wife.
I went into Melrose on Houston st, I swear it was hotter in there then it is hot side I couldn't even look around without sweating like crazy. They need to fix their A/C.
The store is ridiculously hot , I’m 8 months pregnant and felt like I was gonna pass out couldn’t even finish shopping please fix asap !
This place is not my go to but I was in a rush. They don't have a huge variety here but it's okay.
