I lost $5,000 to register to fix & flip properties, plus a monthly fees in which I never received help. Also, I had to give $5,000 no refundable to register in a group for fix and flip. Never I will make business with them again. Be careful.
Since joining the Matrix I have successfully flipped one property and started one vacation rental property and should have the second one before the end of the year. I came to the Matrix with no real estate experience and now I am really excited about the future!!
I am new not even a month in and I must say they are true to their word, you do the work and they are there to assist EVERY step of the way. I have attended 6 classes, and learn some new ideas.

poor systems and poor leadership
First day I met these investors I could tell this was the piece of the puzzle my wife and I were missing. 3 weeks after joining, we began our first fix and flip ever. Love the management here - They do what they say! Would you rather do one deal with somebody you may not be able to trust or many deals with people who want to invest with you? My wife and I prefer the latter and continue to work with them. So many reasons to recommend this organization! They are going places and we want to go with them while building our own portfolio. Something for everybody! Definitely check them out no matter what level of investor you are. Tell them I sent ya and perhaps we can do some deals together!
Absolutely the best group of investors to work with! They provided me the education and easy to follow system to be a successful investor. I closed my first deal in 60 days. All the mentors are very good. They make it very clear that they only work with people who are serious about making a stream of income through real estate.
I have been a part of the Matrix since March 2016 and Highly Endorse this organization for its Integrity, Character and Commitment to its members. No Pie-in-The -Sky, promises. No outrageous costs like those "weekend seminar promoters". Just solid real estate investor training AND Cash Flow opportunities for those serious about either of those topics. The Matrix attracts "Like Minded", Success Focused men and women who support one another through the processes and the journey to meet their goals.
