I had a very good experience with my home visit, she gave me new ideas and asked a lot of questions to help with my health. She did a really great job.
The Humana Healthcare rep they sent for my home visit was really nice and did a good job. It's nice they come to your home yearly. It's not a full check up, but enough to make sure you are doing well.
The aprn that came out to see me ,Melanie was very nice ,professional and caring and made me feel at ease
I just gotta say, this young lady Lindsey, she scheduled my in home health assessment and she was just wonderful. She has the most beautiful southern accent and it made me feel right at home. You can tell she cares and really wants to help people. I hope Matrix Medical Network knows what a gem she is. She does her job so well and with such heart.
I missed a call from them and called back thinking it was something important (them came up as my insurance provider on caller Id) I asked the person what this company even was. She gave me a one sentence description. I asked her why they called me when I had never heard of them and I wanted to clarify that nothing was wrong with my medications or insurance plan. I guess it was a sales call because she sighed loudly at me and hung up without answering me. Wild.

Butler Jr & I have to say that miss Emily my nurse Practitioner that works for Matrix Medical was the Kindest most nurturing empathetic sweet nurse that I have ever had the pleasure and kind company of meeting I have had the pleasure of meeting a many of health care professionals but non can compare to the most professional medical staff of Matrix medical signed George R. My father was recently scheduled for an in-home visit (near Athens, GA) by a NP from Matrix. While there, she realized my mother was not feeling well and insisted on checking her blood pressure, even though she was running late and still had other patients to see. After checking my mom's BP twice, she realized she needed immediate attention and called the local EMT's. My mother was taken to a local hospital by ambulance and was admitted for a hospital stay. Not only did the LPN possibly save my mother's life, she also stayed with my father, who has dementia, until family could arrive to stay with him. She went above and beyond and I would highly recommend Matrix to everyone.
Don’t book these people, you wait , and wait. Two weeks in a row NO SHOW. Very unprofessional.
I have not received my W2 for 2025 yet. I was a former part time employee with matrix. My last month with matrix was March 2025. Says a lot about this company. Maybe the IRS should investigate?
Waited all day for them to show up, I went outside to my car and found a “sorry we missed you “ door tag lying on my porch. They never knocked or called, they just left a note so they could claim to have tried. Wasted my day, never use them again.
