Great service!!
Well I learned that Matheson welding gas supplier is my nanny... I went in to fill an acetylene tank but unfortunately I drive a car... Instead of being reasonable and treating me like an adult by saying something useful like "roll down your windows on the way home or your car may explode and kill you!" They refused to fill my tank until I returned with a truck. So I have a tiny tank 1 foot tall that I need to fill so my wife can solder high temp stuff for her Jewellery hobby and I have to rent a truck to get this done? Bother a friend on Saturday to get this done? Yes, I understand there are risks to things like acetylene gas and oxygen in confined spaces. I am not a child.
They have the worst accounting department. I been trying for months to get someone to call me and nothing. What a way to run a business
They never have oxygen or acetylenein the small tanks always an inconvenience
Im a novice and the guys there have been really helpful to me. I loaded and unloaded my oxygen and acetyline tanks into the back seat of my car so idk what is up with the one star review.
They made a mistake on Jan 24th, 2020 alongside Watson Grinding. But they have since owned up to it financially in court. Maybe deserve a second chance.
