We have worked with Macro Connect at Jalen Rose Leadership Academy for many years, and overall, it has been a very positive experience. Macro Connect handles a large part of our IT infrastructure, from configuring student and staff computers and making sure the appropriate security systems are in place to managing our internet and Wi-Fi to help ensure our staff and students can work without disruptions. They have also supported us through larger IT projects and have been reliable when we have needed additional support. I also appreciate their professional ticketing system, which gives our staff an easy way to report issues and get the help they need. Technology is a critical part of running a school, and having a dependable IT partner makes a big difference. Rather than simply following the normal process, he took ownership of my issue and serviced my call immediately, resolving my problem himself. We are a local church and are new to this particular space. Our first week there was last week, August 2nd, 2026. We absolutely love the space and the extra bit of flexibility it provides to us. Everyone there seems very pleasant and willing to help out however needed. Our prayer is that the Lord continue to bless this space, its owners, the other occupants, and our church as we grow together. They have done an incredible job with the restoration of the building itself, and we're excited to see what the future holds for us here!
