Joe was a great instructor, engaging, interactive, and creative, while also demonstrating strong knowledge of the material. He made the First Aid, CPR, and AED class both informative and enjoyable. One area for improvement would be managing larger group sessions. Ensuring all participants remain attentive and maintaining stronger crowd control would help keep everyone focused on the lesson and maximize the effectiveness of the training.
