Do not give this guy any money! He was barred from practicing law in the state of Texas in January 2016 and I found out by the defendant's attorney sending me a certified letter asking who my new attorney would be representing me and that was sent to me in March of 2016. He wasn't allowed to practice law for three months and never told me!!!! Then he told me he would return my retainer in 10 business days for breach of contract. He never did return my money!!!!! He is a thief and a liar. He never made any court appearances for my legal case and never told me about them either. The judge threw my case out due to a lack of appearance by my attorney. His website says he's dedicated to winning.... what he really means is he's dedicated to stealing your money and never solving your case for you and you are left out in the cold with no money and no lawsuit. He stinks!!!!!
Worst attorney you could possibly hire. We hired him on handle a sexual harassment lawsuit, but he just took our money and NEVER did anything. The staff always says he's not in the office or that he's with a client, but he never returns your call. It's been almost a year, and he hasn't done anything. DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF.
DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN ANY MONEY FOR LEGAL SERVICES. He is barred from the State of Texas for practicing law, but that does not stop him from representing himself as an attorney and gladly taking your money while he smiles.
Our company hired them to handle a layoff case, but the service they provide is really bad, I called them so many times to get any update and the invoice, the girl answered my call always said she will let the attorney know and get back to me, but nobody gets back to me, I cannot believe it, it takes me 5 months to finish the case and get the invoice, I just called them a minute ago to ask for the invoice, still have not get it.
Staff nonresponsive and rude. Very unprofessional.
