In search of a truckload that needed to be picked up immediately in Indiana I found Langham Logistics on Google. Langham was one of the nearest companies to the pickup location. I contacted them about 4am stating that I needed a load picked up before 2pm. I then provided all requested information and told them the cut off time to pickup and they said it shouldn't be a problem. They then contacted me after the pickup deadline and said that they dont accept prepaid loads and I will have to become a customer first. Why wouldn't they just say that from the beginning. They made us miss our truckload and this interaction was very unprofessional and how do they expect for us to believe they are reliable after this situation. We will never utilize their services in the future
Delivery appt at 11 am, arrived at night checked in at 7 am unloaded by 7:30 am. Thank you for being amazing place to deliver to. Clean restroom was a huge bonus to me as well.
Make sure you inspect your trailer before you leave the facility, they made a hole on the side with the forklift , on my brand new 2020 Great Dane trailer and I had to end up calling the police to make a report the guy that is unloading the trucks there is careless and a liar , please be careful with these people they will damage your property and after that they won’t admit it . (Be careful fellows)
This company was great I come first time here front of stop sign I try to call shipping office but one truck driver with sunglasses meet me here told me shipper work tomorrow morning go to park here safe place omg I am very thankful for this man because hi know I am driving and tired 😑 for me this situation like gift thanks 🙏 SIR

The lady i spoke to through fb is not respectful at all got a slick mouth on her
20 min to unload my truck Overnight parking allowed between the trailers
