Showed #2 some H&H Caculations once for review, he chuckled and said "I haven't done those calculations in about 10 years" He also said that stormwater detention didn't matter all that much because when it rains a lot the water is just going to rise up everywhere anyway. This is at best layman's way of looking at... The most important consideration on Amy project according to #2 was "how much time do you want me to spend on this?". Not quality or accuracy. They claim to be proficient at mapping/gis but they had no ArcGis licenses nor anyone with real GIS knowledge. Their mapping was just crudely stitched together patchwork quilt-like agglomeration of maps sent to them by a surveyor.. no knowledge of coordinate systems of control points. Lead drafter couldn't use paperspace and could barely use blocks. Total willful ignorance from #1 and #2 about drafting/cad/gis. "I don't have time for that." But Ivan Langford stayed on top of everything in his prime, as I understand it.
