I have been a VERY satisfied customer of Kortek for over 10 years. During that time I have had the misfortune of coming up with any number of unique computer challenges, all of which they have solved flawlessly. In particular I'd like to commend Kortek's head honcho Lyle; the guy is like a walking encyclopedia of computer knowledge. Any question I've ever brought him he was able to answer either on the spot, or find an answer for me in record time. In particular it's refreshing to observe how much he enjoys his work, and helping people out in general. Actually they are all such good people, and I can't recommend this company highly enough.
I can't say enough good things about Kortek, and specifically Lyle. He went above and beyond for a computer repair. There aren't many businesses out there like this one. I highly recommend this business for all your tech support and IT needs.
I had an older computer and was having some issues with it crashing and initially just thought I could get it fixed as I didn't want the headaches of changing everything over to a new computer. Lyle came out and did a quick assessment and immediately gave me the unfortunate news that it was time and my old computer should be in a museum. He was extremely professional and patient. He worked with me to keep everything looking the same and now that the dust has settled I couldn't be happier. If you're looking for an honest person who's extremely professional Lyle at Kortek is your guy. Thanks Lyle for everything.
As a staff member of a company that uses Kortek for all our IT needs, I can, without hesitation, attest to the fact that Kortek is responsive to my needs, addresses all issues in a courteous and professional manner, and is knowledgeable in all things computer and network related. I recently had a major issue (one that I probably caused) and like super heroes, they came to save the day. Using a bit of computer magic, they were able to recover a lost file and save me a substantial amount of work. This is but one example of how their support to the end user is unwavering.
So far so good. We signed up with Kortek a few months back through a referral of a friend's friend due to this other "IT" company spending nearly a week setting up our new server. When we had Lyle come in to give us our network assessment we found out that the server they sold us for nearly $2,000 was not even worth $900. It was some custom thing they did themselves. Unfortunately we can not afford a "real" new server so we are stuck with this one for now. It's been smooth since we had Kortek come in though. Very happy!!
We have been using Kortek for about 15 years now. We always go to them when we have stuff we can't handle internally. They just recently upgraded us from a stone-age server to something that is so much faster. The upgrade took a lot longer than we originally anticipated but it has been running great since the set up. They may charge more than most other shops but you definately get what you pay for.
Kortek is my go-to IT resource for my Las Vegas business. Lyle is super cool to work with and always takes great care of us. Highly recommend this company!

When you need experts, these are the guys. Las Vegas seems a bit lacking in quality IT companies. But, at Kortek, the owner, Lyle Epstein, and his staff go out of the way to make sure your equipment never goes down. They seem to work non-stop, and like a ninja, you'll never know they were there, keeping your IT equipment up and running before you're in the office the next day.
Lyle and his staff are quick to respond to our firm needs and always get the job done. They handle all of our IT here and we trust them.
