Always a great experience. Kind and caring ppl work here. You can click on the notification that your items are ready, and it takes you to "on my way," so they are ready for you. The drive through is convenient.

This was first of many visits. The staff are professional and extremely nice. I had spots on two white tops which they were able to remove. I also needed a hem repaired on a pair of pants. Perfect. I like the fact that you have the option of paying at drop-off or pick-up, and that they will notify you when your order is ready. Highly recommend.
Fast service (ready before the stated day), top quality, great communications. I'll certainly use them to do the clothing work that is important to me. Oh, and I consider their charges very reasonable for the quality of service.
I love Kite Cleaners. I go to the Kite Cleaners off of Hulen. They are the best. My clothes come out like new. Everyone is amazing. You are treated like a family member. I would never go anywhere else. Blessings and hugs to all.
I love Kite’s Cleaners. I have a disability and I love that they have a drive up window. The staff is always so nice and I feel like we are friends. I love that they take extra care of my clothes. After my daughter got married, they preserved her wedding dress and did an excellent job.
I dropped a dress off to be shortened and cleaned. I got a call saying it was going to cost a little more for shortening because of a lining inside the dress. I called Brian and left a message. I also texted him. No reply. All I wanted to know was the amount it would cost. I asked for my dress back and then the store had to locate it. I get it back today and it was not bagged/protected. Extremely disappointed in the service. I have been a customer for 12 years.
Terrible experience with Kite's. They used to do quality work but not the same now. We entrusted them with a family heirloom from WWII that they insured us they could handle. After 3 attempts, we still couldn't believe the lack of quality workmanship. No concern, only excuses. The manager was of no help at all. No refund offered or given, only a store credit! Why would we go back? Do NOT trust them with your special garments. Incredibly disappointed.
This is a top notch dry cleaners! Every service they provide is exemplary with a customer centric focus! I really appreciate the fact that they took the time to get to know me and remember my name! They always provide the ultimate 'White Glove' experience! They are my go to place for all of my dry cleaning needs!
