I love shopping at The Repeat Boutique! The trill of the hunt, their excellent customer service and the quality of items is what keeps me coming back. Also, Jackie & Gracie get to know you beyond being a shopper and it makes me feel like family.

If you promise not to buy my sizes, then I'll admit this is the best thrift in town hands down. The prices and quality of clothes they sell is excellent. Remember that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays, so Tuesday afternoons are the best shopping finds. Be nice to Jackie and she will be nice to you. They do not take AMEX and you have to charge $5 or more to use credit. Also they close at 5pm SHARP.

I am still trying to process how upsetting and humiliating my experience was during my visit today. This boutique has always been a place I genuinely enjoyed and felt comfortable in, which is why what happened feels so disappointing and personal. During my time in the store, I was essentially being accused of stealing—something I absolutely did not do. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that no one had the decency to speak to me directly. Instead, the employees made quiet remarks and insinuations about me to one another, clearly within earshot. It became painfully obvious that I was the subject of their conversation, which made me feel singled out and deeply uneasy. Rather than handling the situation with any level of professionalism or respect, the behavior continued and became more hurtful. I overheard comments that mocked me, including remarks about the clothes I was wearing, followed by joking between staff about me needing to hurry up and leave. Being talked about, laughed at, and indirectly pushed out like that was incredibly degrading. It felt less like a misunderstanding and more like I was being judged and ridiculed. Standing there, aware of everything being said but not being acknowledged directly, made the entire experience feel even more isolating and humiliating. No one deserves to be treated that way, especially in a place that is supposed to feel welcoming. I left feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and honestly shaken. This experience has completely changed my perception of this boutique. No customer should ever have to feel judged, talked about, and made unwelcome in such an unkind and unprofessional way.
Love the store and the staff I found this store when I was going through a divorce and left to pay our bills on my own a lady named Miss Jackie showed me a 50 Cent wreck not knowing my situation exactly but she knew something was wrong she was always very nice and very helpful that was 10 years ago I still go today because I'm so grateful
