JRM Construction Management

Terrible payers, did 2 jobs for them. One job had absolutely no punch list and it took over 7 months to get paid only after we refused to do warranty work till we were paid in full. They actually had the audacity to send an email saying we shouldn't hold them hostage not taking care of the warranty work for payment. They paid us but to date all the other subs have not been paid. What a SCAM. Second job done back to back with the first job they sent super close ups that are impossible to see by eye one being we had installed entry doors in a mall and there is a 1/4" gap between the doors their is a 1/8" grout line going through on the floor and the grout line is 1/16 off that if they didnt blow up on a super close picture you would never see it but the worst thing is that its in a mall and you would never see it unless the mall and the store were closed. They strung us along past the 90 days on both jobs so we couldn't lean the job. Now we have to pay lawyer to go after our $67,000. When I got paid on the first job I called the property owners and asked if they ever paid JRM in full and their comment was that the final paperwork has not been completed properly as of yet. So that meant for 7 months our payment was held up from proper paperwork between JRM and the owners. That just sounds like a SCAM between them not to pay. Please feel free to contact me for any further info or proof of my comments. They start off paying but never finish.

Wow! JMR construction NYC truly delivered for our kitchen floor tile installation. Mira was fantastic—super prompt, clear communication, and just made everything easy. Florenc team did an incredible job, really paying attention to detail, and they were even done right on schedule. Our new kitchen floor looks amazing! Highly recommend them.

The JRM team of laborers cant be for real. There is a school project being ran by JRM and the Super in charge at this project is a joke.No knowledge of the business an need to revamp this staff ASAP. I think JLL Is aware of this as well.

Really good hard down the Earth workers. I don't see them taking too many breaks like other construction companies. Definitely the best in the city.

Jorge unplugged my kitchen sink but it was leaking, didn't notice it until later that day. Call him and he told me to get someone else and he will pay. We'll 250.00 later and will not take my calls or pay me. Unbelievable I have no money and paid for his mistake. Unexecptible.
