BEWARE!! We were quoted $5,000-$5,500 for a survey and he ended up charging us $9,500. We were also told the survey would be started in 2 months and after 6 MONTHS of back and forth we STILL NEVER RECEIVED WHAT WE PAID FOR!!! Then he fell off the face of the earth. We purchased a property in August of 2022 and after excuses, not showing up and then according to the owner "incompetent workers". The owner is charging us several thousand dollars extra because his employees made mistakes and wasted time. We have paid the $9,500 in full. We are now in February of 2024 (yes, a year and a half later) AND HE STILL WILL NOT COMPLETE THE JOB OR SEND US THE FINAL SURVEY. Absolutely absurd, we have never dealt with someone so rude and nasty. We got in touch with him today and he's demanding another $1,000+ in order to send us the survey by email.
As a local realtor, I highly recommend Jesse Walker. He’s extremely knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond. Always a great experience.
