Jerry knows his stuff! Very knowledgeable on bankruptcy. He can find ways to save you money during the process, and like I said - he knows what he is doing! Hire him.

Jerry is very difficult to get ahold of. When I was able to get ahold of him he would say he was waiting for a return call and he'd call me as soon as he heard back. Then he'd never call me. His lack of response suggested to me he had never called our creditor in the first place. He regularly tried to talk me into filing bankruptcy instead of helping facility conversation with our creditor. I am sorry I contacted Jerry. I wish I would have talked to a different attorney.
Filing a bankruptcy is scary especially if you are someone like me who likes to pay bills on time, etc, but having Attorney Smith work in my case was the best decision I made. I was truly a smooth process because Attorney Smith makes sure you are well educated on the entire process and gives you options on how to go about your case.
