Jesse was a dream to work with. Great communication and craftmanship, fair pricing, attention to detail, helped with design layout when asked but wasn't pushy. Wish we had more projects for him!
Jesse completed 2 large projects for me in 2023- kitchen floor & back patio. It's so rewarding to see your visions come to life. I'm so happy & pleased with how my back patio & kitchen turned out- forever grateful! I explained what I needed done and Jesse came in answered all my questions, communicated along the way, was very throrough, professional, polite, friendly, has very high integrity and truly looks out for the customer. I would recommend him to anyone needing a large job completed. I'm excited & proud of how he has grown his business and is doing bigger & better projects. I'm so thankful he agreed to take on these projects in 2023! I'm happy to know him & have him in my life! I noticed that there were soft spots in my kitchen floor & didn't know how bad the damage would be. Jesse came in cut out all the soft spots, reinforced the areas that needed it, put new flooring down, base boards, converted my coat closet into a pantry & a few other items. I'm thankful Jesse tore down my back patio structure since he let me know that one more bad snowstorm and it could have collapsed. Sometimes you have to listen to your house when it gives you signs and take care of it. After the struture was removed, the former concrete was removed, new concrete poured and TADA a whole new back patio. It's slightly larger and rectangular now. Jesse also put the wires in so I could put up 2 lights to shine in the yard at night. Jesse was great dealing with getting the permit from Aurora & passing each inspection along the way. I live in a multi-unit converted old home and Jesse and his team have done a great job for our HOA. They’ve completed a range of projects. They also patched a hole in my ceiling, which came out great. The work is high quality and they are all versatile in their skills. It’s hard to find reliable, high-quality work these days so we’re grateful for all they have done. They are also very responsive and offered to come back and fix things if anything went wrong. Definitely recommend!

I own a rental property in Congress Park and have hired Jesse twice to make repairs. He has been very responsive, the quality of his work is excellent, and pricing was very reasonable. He has even been willing to make time for me while juggling other jobs. I definitely recommend hiring him and will call him again the next time I need a contractor.
Jesse came to make a few minor repairs in my apartment. He was very observant, friendly, and explained what he was doing and why. He pointed out a few others things that were problematic and necessary fixes which I would not have caught on my own. Lastly, he came when he said he would and was finished in a timely manner. Jesse took great care of our 1906 home in Congress Park. He built us a refrigerator box, installed cabinets, backspash in the kitchen, and put in crown molding up at many places in our house. Trustworthy, shows up on time, communicates very well, and pays attention to detail.
