We used J David Tax Law to help resolve a tax issue as well as file our taxes. Our attorney Erin Weatherman, and her staff were so kind, compassionate, and great advocates on our behalf. Our situation with the IRS was daunting and overwhelming, and they helped us each step of the way and educated us on how to better manage them in the future. My wife and I had a small but difficult problem with the IRS. My wife and made an appointment with the IRS office in charlotte nc to try and fix this problem. That turned out to be the biggest waste of time I've experienced in a while. We contacted J.David tax law for help with the IRS. The law firm did a great job and did it pretty quickly, faster than I thought they would. If anyone thinks they can deal with the IRS on their own then good luck to you, if you tried and was unsuccessful then give J.David tax law a call. This company had the most pleasant and helpful staff. Every single time I called they treated me like family. (Kind and compassionate with someone like me in dire straits) They worked with me to get the $4 thousand dollars,(I owed them for tax preparation)paid in installments.) I did not realize that haggling with the IRS would be an additional $4000. The work they did was efficient and accurate. I had an immediate sense of peace- which is pretty priceless.
