I found IT Systems by searching for 'computer repair burbank'. I spoke to Miguel and explained the memory related problems I was having with my computer. He had some good suggestions. Then he looked on line to go even deeper and found more information about my specialized software related issue. He would have come over to fix/reconfigure, but did not have to. Job Done! I even offered him a consulting fee for the time he spent, but he did not want to take money for phone consulting. I found him to be very technically knowledgeable, respectful and friendly (which is very important to me!). Not everyone is like that these days. He is almost an artifact from the past.
