If ever need my car shipped again, I will be calling this company! Took very good care of my car and also was friendly and helpful when explaining the process of shipping a car, the price and any other questions I had.

Shipping a vehicle from Hawaii is not an easy task, at least that's what I thought. Working with Felicia Williams and ASG made the task as simple as driving it to the port. Please be warned. If you need something done professionally. Do not, I repeat do not work with this company. I booked everything in advance, and after everything was done they made be pay an extra 156. The least I could ask for was for an explanation, but I wasn’t even given that.

Booking was easy and Gretchen patiently assisted me. The transport was fast and worry free. My car was delivered safely with no damage or issues.

Car arrived in very fast and reasonable time. Carrier wanted extra money so my price went up a bit from original quote. Had issues upon arrival as it arrived during the morning while I was busy. Otherwise working with Kimberly was very easy and good overall

I researched many shipping companies before choosing ASG. Stephanie was straight with me from the start. Everything she told me would happen, happened. My truck was picked up when she said it would be. The driver made contact with me while in route and delivered it 30 minutes earlier than expected. Everyone in the process was polite, helpful and professional . I will use them again when I need to transport a vehicle.

Great service. Good communication. My first experience shipping my Mercedes my car was delivered in 2 days or so. There was a delay this time because of other cancellations. I did have to follow up but my SUVwas delivered within a reasonable amount of time.
