Had some issues with difficult communication / follow thru in the beginning just trying to understand what they can do and get an initial quote. That made me feel uncomfortable persuing a relationship further once money / time would enter the picture. I can't speak to their actual work, but they may have areas for communication improvements.

This is our third project with Home Front - this time a complete bathroom remodel. From start to finish, great communication. Keith, Jay and Kara were always available to answer questions, there were no surprises or hidden expenses. Jose and Alex did an exceptional job and took great pride in their work. Every detail was laid out before the project started, and Keith and Jay were continually onsite to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Kara did an exceptional job of helping coordinate selections of tile and accessories and was extremely helpful. We both felt that Jose, Alex and the entire crew performed as if they were working on their own house. We really appreciated that! We are completely satisfied with the finished product and with the time it took to finish. As said previously, this was our third project with Home Front and we will certainly be calling them if there is a number four. They are first class!

Amazing experience with HFR. Very professional. Very reliable. There was never a moment where I was in the dark about what was going on during the project. My cabinets and countertops look great. Thank you to Michael, Jennifer, Kara, Jay, and Juan for renovating/painting the kitchen and bathroom.

Communication fell apart. Job was basically abandoned at about 80% of completion. Promises made for follow up and follow through, but ultimately not done. Many aspects would get done and then the next tradesperson would create extra work. Shower looks nice but is unusable as the water is a trickle. Literally have not used the shower. Doors ordered (or so we were told), but never arrived and had no status for months. Finally cancelled the doors. A project manager that would not respond, and still does not. Ran in to her at a restaurant where more promises were made and not followed through. Very nice people on the project with I believe good intentions, but lack of responsiveness and follow through tanked this project.

We hired HomeFront to rip out 1800 sf of old carpet, tile, and hardwood and replace it with beautiful new LVP. I cannot speak highly enough about the teams work ethic and communication plus our new floors look amazing! Pancho and his partner were able to tear out our old floors and install the new ones in just 4 days- they worked tirelessly, showed up when they said they would and even stayed late to make sure the job got done quickly! Then Jose and Alex came in to install and paint the quarter round. What I really appreciated was that they were quick to address any issues I had (there were two areas where the darker planks had been installed close together and Pancho redid those sections for me) and they did everything with a smile.

Home Front Renovations is the company to go with. We have had several different contacts that just did not feel like the right company. Our 1st contact with Cindy to schedule appt felt right so we scheduled. Jennifer was out consultant for remodeling evaluation. We knew Home Front Renovation was going to be the right company for our remodeling. We met with Jen our designer, help with our decisions. Then when it came to measuring Mike/Jennifer came out to our home. What impressed us, we had a crew on first day to come out to discuss the steps on our remodeling. Jay was our field coordinator, who made our process go smoothly. Most of all we would Thank so much for Eddy and Eric, who worked so hard from tearing down walls to finish. They both accommodated us on our final touches. They do very good work. Thanks to John, for rewiring our range. This company if highly recommended. Home Front is an incredible company to work with. To be quite honest they came out the very beginning to give an estimate on our bathroom renovation a while back but we ended up going with a company that gave a cheaper estimate. Biggest mistake ever!!! The other company ended up walking out halfway through the job without any good reason! We ended up calling home front back and met with Steven to fix what the other companies messed up. They graciously took the job and worked with us I'm pricing as well as timing of the project. Joaquin and Sergio where the two that worked on the bathroom and they went above and beyond to make the bathroom perfect for us! Needless to say, Home Front has our loyalty for all of our future home projects! We could not be happier with the finished product. My only regret is that we didn't choose them to work on our bathroom project first! It would have saved us a lot of time and money!

This is the second time we have used Home Front, we didn't hesitate to contact them when we had an extensive project planned. Jennifer was extremely helpful guiding us through the project. Any time we had an issue or concern she and Tom were quick to respond. Jen, their design expert came to our home and made the selection process streamlined and easy. Mark and Gary and Luis expertly put all of our changes into place and were professionals that we felt very confident in and comfortable having in our home. Gary and Luis took special pride in getting things "just right" and Mark handled anything onsite that we needed. We would use them again if we had any project. Choose this company, you will not be disappointed.

We employed Home Front and Sleek to Chic Interiors to complete a mid-size renovation and rejuvenation project, and overall we were very pleased with the work and the results. Our initial meetings with Cara, owner of Sleek to Chic, and Michael, owner of Home Front, were succinct and valuable, and we felt the quote we received was reasonable for the work involved. Cara did an excellent job walking us through the design process and brought valuable insight as to what changes to make from a design and perspective, and Cara’s recommendations helped us to shape the final product across our bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas. We would definitely recommend her to anyone considering an indoor or outdoor project, and we would employ her again for future designs and consultations. Michael was equally helpful from the beginning and was also straightforward in his recommendations. The work encompassed renovating two bathrooms and a partial renovation in the living room and kitchen, and painting was completed throughout a large portion of the house. Arguably, the most impressive work done on this project was the painting of the common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms by Oscar and his team. This is by far the best painting work completed in any home we have ever owned. This was a large painting project, and Oscar and crew went far above and beyond the typical painting work homeowners receive. The cabinet work completed by Steve Bell was also superb. Steve’s custom work creating built-ins and a compact liquor cabinet for our living and kitchen areas exceeded our hopes for the execution of this portion of the project, and this custom work, from design to install, turned out exactly as we planned. Steve is a genuine craftsman. We were also thrilled by all the work completed in our kitchen. From painting and countertops, to tile and trim work, this portion of the project also turned out even better than planned. Cara’s design ideas helped us transform the space, and the stone work completed for the countertops through HomeFront’s partner was of the highest quality. The demo and reconstruction of areas of the kitchen was top-notch as well. We also must recognize the great work of Paul on bringing the tile work and plumbing together across the house. Paul turned out to be the lifesaver on this project, and the patience and detail he brought to the tile design and installation was amazing. Paul also helped us avert multiple issues with the bathroom renovations. Unfortunately, the first group brought in to complete the work in the bathrooms was not up to Home Front’s standard. They struggled and were ultimately removed from all tile and plumbing-related projects, and that’s when Paul swooped in to successfully push those projects across the finish line. While we were very disappointed in the original crew, and some of the discussions related to the work in the bathrooms, HomeFront, leaning on Paul and project manager Amanda, ultimately made everything right as promised. We would encourage anyone looking to complete any size renovation or rejuvenation to employ Home Front. The work will be high quality, and the overall results should make anyone happy.
